I hired April and she had been reliable and consistent for the first couple times she watched my daughter. However, after that she was supposed to watch my daughter after I worked a 12 hr night shift and while I slept and my husband worked. She had confirmed the night before saying she would be there at 9am and no called no showed the next morning when she was supposed to be there. My husband and I both texted her and she didn't reply until 2 hrs later. She had a medical excuse and said she had been up since 430am and had fallen asleep. Due to this inconvenience I had to stay up almost 24 hrs because she never showed up. Just a simple text or heads up would've been nice. I was at work at 430 am so a text at that time wouldn't have been a bother.
