My name is April and I have a masters in child development and almost 10 years experience working with infants that have developmental delays. Part of my role was to give children therapy and help them make progress in any of the following domains: cognitive, expressive and receptive language, social emotional, and self help skills. Prior to my career as therapist for children with delays and masters degree I did a lot of babysitting and have a lot of experience working with kids and special needs kids. I have experience working with kids with autism as well. I am a mom of a 6-year-old boy and am patient and loving towards children.

April was a blessing to our family. She cared for my 3 year old in a full time capacity for nearly 2 months (both our family and April had a convenient overlap in schedules) and we wished she could have stayed on longer. She intuitively knew how to address my son's needs and kept him engaged and happy. He's an active little guy with special needs so that is no small feat! We recommend her to anyone.
