I have a wide range of experience in caring for children. Growing up, I babysat for a family with four children aging from infancy to adolescence. I graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor's degree in PreK-12 Music Education, gaining internship experience with PreK to high school aged students. After graduating, I led the music programs for a migrant school, summer camp, and substitute taught in several school districts before teaching full-time a number of years K-5 music in a high achieving school district while continuing professional development in education. I have served on the executive board for a nationally affiliated group of local music educators who strive to provide the best education and creative outlet for their students. My most important experience, however, is having two children of my own. I intend to use my skills to the fullest for any family seeking childcare with a provider who has knowledge and a heart they can trust.
