About April

Hi parents! My name is April, I'm a previous preschool and Kindergarten teacher of 6 years who transitioned into being a nanny for the last 10 years. I specialize in newborns, infants and toddlers. I am Pediatric CPR & First Aid certified, plus several others. I am currently completing my newborn care specialization as I transition into becoming a Newborn Care Specialist for overnight newborn care. When your children are in my care you can expect a lot of play based learning, including reading, music, art & crafts, imaginary play, community activities, going on walks and playing outside.
