About April

Hello! My name is April and my passion for nurturing children's growth and development led me to become a childcare provider. I have 3 years experience being a caregiver for 2 boys with disabilities and 4 years experience being a T-k teacher! I believe to be a great caretaker you must keep a calm, approachable, and patient environment for children-and be silly! I've completed my bachelor of science degree in early child development at California State University, Los Angeles. I can communicate about children's days and any issues with parents using their preferred method of communication. If you choose me, I can help with swimming supervision, light housekeeping, and even carpooling. (I was once a swim instructor for children as well!) I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and caring for up to three children of various ages. I hope to get to know your family and provide excellent care for your children.
