April is very knowledgeable, and is gentle and kind. She made my sister very comfortable during difficult times, and made her laugh and feel safe. April would step in during an emergency, if she possibly could, and come quickly to my sister's house to help. She taught us all some things about care-giving, which were valuable to know. I would recommend April in any situation where a caregiver is needed.
