Hello! After a year of Covid related loss and hardship, I've decided to leave corporate healthcare and take my passion and skill to directly in my community. I have 15 years nursing experience and 35 years childcare experience. Professional references available! I'd describe my personality as kind, helpful, and positive! I like working with kids because they are wise in their youth, able to teach us how to look at the world from a more childlike perspective. I'm looking for a child care or elder care job that allows me to connect with families in my community, one that will that benefit from my mothering and/or my nursing experience! I started working with kids when I was 14. In my spare time, I like to hike, kayak and I'm a budding mycologist! One thing you should know about me is that I am flexible and patient. My skills include meal preparation, activity management/planning, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
