My name is Annette and I have been working in the child care industry for 35 years. I graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Child Psychology. The first 15 years of my career was spent working with children with special needs. For the past 20 years, I have worked as a nanny, caring for infants up to school age children. I also have experience with twins from infancy through age 7. I have been the nanny for my current family since 2005 and their children range in age 3 1/2 - 9 years old. I've been with the family since all three children were infants and the youngest will soon be attending school full-time. My last day with the family will be May 16, 2014. As for their nanny, my range of responsibilities has included many things. I do laundry, cook for the children, clean, etc. I read, sing, teach the alphabet, counting and other childhood development skills. I take them to the playground, library and out for walks. I drive them to various activities and play dates. Most of my nanny history has been long-term and has allowed me to build wonderful relationships. My references speak for themselves. I would like to care for another family long-term. My hours/days are flexible.
