About Antonia

I started working with children as a K-12 substitute teacher in NYC, from helping little ones tie their shoes to teaching algebra. I especially loved working with children with special needs, where I learned to meet each child where they are with care and compassion. Children remind me of Jesus' words in Matthew 18:3 about becoming like little children and Matthew 6:34 about not worrying about tomorrow. In my spare time, I take my daughter to museums and the zoo, play volleyball, and go to the gym. I'm dedicated, conscientious, and don't cut corners, especially when it comes to safety and care. My skills include changing diapers like I'm wrestling an alligator, anticipating little ones' needs, and keeping them engaged through play, worship songs, and even a little violin. :)
