About Antoinette

I volunteered at KC Pet Project for many years. I also fostered through there. While being there I worked mostly in the vet clinic. Most days I helped with administering medications, transporting animals, prepping animals for surgeries or comforting them post surgery. I've had several pets with medical conditions. Such as seizures, blindness, hearing loss, anxiety, missing limbs... I am always happy to assist any animal that needs the extra time and care. I used to do long term animal care for people in the military. As far as my current personal pet life. I have a 3-year-old Belgian malinois mix named Indie. I rescued her from Utah as a puppy. I also have a 9-year-old pitbull named Miss Piggy that I rescued 3 years ago from Colorado after she was abandoned in the mountains. Lastly, I have a 4-year-old cat named Bruno that I decided to continue to care for after his previous owner abandoned him while in my care. I hope that helps you better understand me as an animal person.
