I began helping the developmentally disabled in 2011. Since then, I have held a great interest in helping people: teaching how to perform basic household tasks (washing dishes, straightening up bedroom) and helping them with basic hygiene (showering, flossing/brushing teeth, shaving). Currently I am looking after my cousin, a child who has Autism. When he gets finished with school this year, he will no longer require my help and I will need to look elsewhere to provide services.
