I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with five years of professional experience supporting individuals with special needs, plus two years caring full-time for my mother during her battle with cancer. I assist with bathing, personal care, meals, transportation, appointments, errands, and companionship. I also have over 10 years of personal training experience, helping people improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence. My background as a U. S. Forest Service firefighter includes emergency medical and first responder training, giving me valuable knowledge of patient safety, injury prevention, and emergency situations. I'm patient, friendly, physically capable, and attentive to individual needs. I believe in treating every client like family while respecting their dignity and independence.
