I'd describe my personality as outgoing and calm. I like working with kids because they are fun! It's exciting to see what they will do to surprise you every day! I'm looking for a job that is flexible, laid back and fun! I started working with kids when I was 15. I was a nanny for one girl. That was 23 years ago. I am a mother of four of my own and my oldest daughter is 19 years old in college. I have three boys ages 16, 14 and 10. In my spare time, I like to paint, crochet and practice yoga. One thing you should know about me is I believe children need structure to thrive. I offer choices and believe in rewarding positive behavior with privileges. My skills include cooking, interacting with children, hands on care such as feeding and changing.
