About Ann

For two years I cared for my mother-in-law until she passed. I provided wound care, colostomy care, breathing treatments, personal and daily activity, TPR, end of life hospice care and postmortem care. Self-employed home care assignments included housekeeping, breathing treatments, hospital sitting, RAO, bathing, making meals and serving, providing Med's, treatments for diabetics, emphysema, colostomy, and MRSA, and bed sore prevention. I am passionate about loving to care for seniors. No matter what other jobs I've tried to do, my passion brings me back to caring for seniors. I am able to detect when something is not right with the patient. I am a responsible decision maker. It gives me a sense of fulfillment to help a senior either get better or to help them pass gracefully. I also held a nurses assistant certification which has expired but the skills have not. I worked at rehabilitation center for 8 years then moved on to private home care cases.
