I'm a certified Postpartum Doula with over 13 years of experience. I specialize in awake-overnight care for infants from birth to 3 months of age. I'm also available for occasional day and evening support for older children. I strive to give parents the non-judgmental support and science-based knowledge they need in order to make the right decisions for their unique family. I offer companionship and non-medical advice on breast & bottle feeding, pumping, newborn care, recovery from birth, sleep, as well as physical and mental development of your baby. I am certified as a Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator, Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant, and Pre- and Perinatal Psychology Educator
