Hi, I'm Annika! I've been a career nanny for almost four years, I worked in a daycare for 4+ years, and I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Middle Level Education and was a teacher prior to Covid. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, and love to watch children learn! I'm patient and calm, always ready to engage with them creatively and imaginatively. I believe in clear communication with parents, so I can provide regular updates via text or follow their preferred communication method. While I follow the parents' lead regarding household rules, I love playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with the kids. With over a decade of experience, I'm comfortable caring for any number of kiddos, ranging from infants to preteens. I've got my own car, and I'm very comfortable around pets.
