Annie is caring and kind and a genuine pleasure to talk to and work with. Her style provides nurturing structure that takes into consideration the emotional and developmental need of our son. He loves when she comes over, and I can tell she makes him feel truly comfortable to be his full self with her. Of course, that means she sees his best and his worst, but she meets it all with care, compassion, and patience; as well as structure and guidance. She is deeply caring, but she's no pushover. (In fact, when I asked her for her input, she offered me some very helpful advice on how to be less of a pushover myself!) We've had a great experience with Annie. Any kid would be lucky to have her as a caretaker.
