About Annie

Hi parents! I'm Annie, and I'm looking for a summer position while I am on break from college. I have experience working with children in a daycare setting and an educational setting. My goal is always to create positive experiences and help the children learn more about the world around them. I grew up in DC, and spending summer days at museums and parks with my babysitters are some of my formative memories. I want to create similar experiences for the next generation of kids. I like working with kids because they bring so much energy to my life. It empowers me to create a safe, supportive space for them, and the kids I've worked with have taught me so much. In my spare time, I like to visit the museums, zoos, and other cultural sites in D. C. I'm a creative person, and one thing I would like to do with children is take them places where they can expand their imagination. I also love doing crafts at home and helping kids express themselves.
