About Anne

I'm a former Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher. I have my Bachelors in Special Ed and my Masters in Early Childhood Ed. I taught in the classroom for 7 years and worked in preschools through college and during breaks as a teacher. I also taught violin and piano lessons to children ages 4-teenager. In 2013, I lost my teaching career due to school closures, which was when I became a nanny (2 infants). I have since become an entrepreneur and have been mentoring and writing since 2014. I am currently nannying part time for a family, which requires my schedule to vary from week to week. I am no longer taking on any more nanny positions, but am available for tutoring, homeschooling help, assessments & interventions, and behavior modification. I know there are many needs right now with families pulling their children out of public schools and the ways I serve families are vast and individualized based on your needs.

I highly recommend Anne for dependable child care for their infants. Aside from being completely trustworthy and professional, she is warm, friendly, calm and reliable. Anne was a life saver when we needed last minute care for our 14-month-old daughter while we waited for her spot to open up at daycare. She agreed to long hours and jumped right in, quickly winning the heart of our little one. If we were seeking a long-term nanny we wouldn't let Anne go! And if my daughter could speak she would agree - when I return home from work at the end of the day she wants to stay with Anne instead of coming to her mama!!
