Conscious, conscientious and compassionate, I am the mother of two adult daughters and the grandmother of two. I love infants and specialize in care for children under 4. I am patient, intuitive, positive, constructive and loving. I believe there is no problem love will not solve. I have been employed 50+ hours a week for 4 families. My latest family has outgrown my services, now requiring a driver to deliver their child to soccer, gymnastics, etc. The child is almost 3 years old and I began when she was 3 months old. I am reliable, cooperative, well educated and erudite. I connect emotionally with my charges and value the humanity in each child. I offer comprehensive care (bottle and potty training) with an emphasis on play. I am frankly inconsolable with the loss presented by the current circumstances. I am available for full time service immediately.

Ellice has diligently dedicated her time, attention, and care to my son for the last year. For this, my family is truly grateful. Due to my husband's job transfer, we are moving to back to Los Angeles unexpectedly soon. Were it not for that, we would have asked Ellice to remain with us. Currently, Ellice cares for my 9-month-old son and has done so since his birth. Beyond traditional nanny responsibilities (feeding, bathing, changing diapers, etc.) Ellice has made the time and effort for the physical and educational development of my son. I often come home to find my son lovingly sitting in Ellice's lap as she is reading a book, explaining a jazz song that is playing on the radio, articulating complex words such as osmosis or patience, or engaging in a very active and engaged story time with our toys/stuffed animals. Further, she takes my son on strolls to park, initiates in creative play, and attends local activities such as gym or the library story time with him. In addition, she has prepared home-made meals for my son including, but not limited to, butternut squash soup and pureed minestrone. Most importantly to us, Ellice does all of this in a caring way that has kept my son feeling secure and loved. As my son has grown over the last year, she has been more than adept in managing the ever changing responsibilities. In addition, Ellice is extremely reliable and flexible. As needed, she has come earlier, stayed later, and has willingly re-scheduled her activities to match my needs and/or timing. She has an extremely strong work ethic, integrity, and takes her job very seriously. In short, me and my husband enthusiastically give the highest recommendation for Ellice and support her without reservation.
