I have over 10 years of experience working with children, ages 0-12years, in various setting. I have an AAS in Early Childhood as well as a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies. As an educator, I stray away from use of television or other devices to occupy children's time. I am sure to supply developmentally appropriate activities based on the children's interest's, encourage imaginative play, promote literacy and language, introduce STEM education, and encourage curiosity. This is all done while playing and not even realizing all of the learning that is occurring. I guide children by using positive reinforcement and teaching conflict resolution skills. I take the time to listen to their ideas and work on solving problems together. Mutual respect between myself, the parents, and the children is key to successful childcare. Annelee has been fantastic. She is exactly what you would want in a caregiver. She is trustworthy, reliable, professional, prompt, and loving. The children warmed up to her quickly and are always excited to see her. She is personally invested in every child she cares for. Whether you are getting routine or infrequent care, your children and you will love. We feel at ease knowing that our kids are in such capable, loving hands when they are with her.
