About Annee

Annee has cared for our daughter for almost three years and has truly become part of our family. She is so patient, creative, and genuinely invested in helping our daughter grow. Bath time and dinner have both been challenging at times. Annee uses imagination, humor, and a kind, silly way of communicating to make those routines easier. She wants our daughter to feel loved and supported, not ashamed when something is hard. At the same time, she holds clear expectations and follows through with dinner, baths, hair brushing, and hygiene. Annee helps our daughter practice using words instead of yelling or crying, asking for help before she gets upset, and saying please and thank you. She teaches her that the way she asks for something matters, while reinforcing the kindness and empathy we value as a family. She brings activities and introduced a treasure box to recognize moments when our daughter is brave, shows a positive mindset, or makes a good choice on her own. Annee always explains what she noticed and why it matters; she doesn’t use the treasure box as a bribe. I appreciate the balance Annee brings to our daughter’s care. She makes room for fun and imagination, stays patient through difficult moments, and follows through on what our daughter needs. We’re grateful she has been part of our family for these past three years.
