Ann is kind, soft-spoken, and caring. My kids and I loved having her as she cared for them like they were her own kids. She started with us when our first was about 4 months old and was with us for 4 years. Ann is very experienced and immediately helped with developmentally appropriate activities, social play at the park and local library, teaching letters, numbers, etc. She prepared the kids meals, helped care for them when they were sick, took care of their laundry, etc. Having Ann as a nanny meant fewer things for me to worry about as a mom who works outside the home and for that and will always be grateful.
