Anna has been taking care of my two daughters since they were born, which has been a long time. She's been especially helpful with my younger daughter, who has a heart problem, behavior issues, and special needs. Anna is like a part of our family now; my older daughter talks to her about her feelings. Anna is kind and loving, but she also knows how to be firm with the kids when needed. She's done a great job with everything, from when they were babies to now as they're growing up. We're so thankful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone.
