About Anna

Hello, I am a student looking for a nanny or caregiver position. I have two daughters who are now 9 and 12 years old. I worked as a case manager assisting adults with mental health issues for 1. 5 years and provided care for my elderly father. I am educated in child development and am well-prepared to provide age-appropriate, supportive care for children. I would be an excellent companion for an adult and am currently working as a mental health therapist intern. I am available 2-3 days per week (Tue-Thu) and could commit to 1-1. 5 years in a care position. As a care provider I want to bring children a sense of safety, support and joy. My work as a therapist focuses on attachment theory and what children *didn't* get in childhood. In contrast, this work helps me generate hope for children who are going to grow up into healthy and happy adults. I am a stable, cheerful presence and love engaging with people of all ages.
