We have known Anna-Marie since 2014 and she workrd with us for 2 years. We were introduced to Anna-Marie by recommendation of my colleague. She was leaving the area, and spoke of Anna-Marie as a very dedicated and skilled caregiver. We had known that Anna-Marie was the right person for our family from the day we met her - several months before our younger daughter was born. Back then our elder daughter, a shy and quiet four-year old, immediately became very comfortable with Annamarie and asked to spend time with her. Annamarie began to take care of our younger daughter since during the second week of her life. It is difficult to describe with words all the patience, love and devotion Annamarie has for our kids! It was very easy to work with Anna-Marie, things seemed to fall into place so naturally! She knows and understands kids perfectly. We have always trusted her judgments and experience. She is excellent at working out a routine and adhering to it. She comes up with age-appropriate activities, projects, and trips that kids enjoy. She is always full of ideas on how to entertain kids whether it is outdoors or indoors. She fosters love for singing, dancing, arts and crafts. Annamarie is very patient and inventive at feeding picky eaters. She always pays very close attention to kids' health and is able to recognize even very subtle signs of illness. She acts very appropriately and remains calm in every situation. She provides superb care for kids of all ages. Furthermore, Annamarie is very knowledgeable about child's development. She constantly works on developing new skills, such as motor, speech, vocabulary, as well as social skills, behavior, and manners. She knows the age appropriate developmental milestones and constantly works on achieving them. With our older daughter, she helps with reading and math and supervises her home work. She makes sure to smooth the sibling rivalry and manages to give each of the sisters plenty of individual attention. Annamarie is a careful and very responsible driver, and this is of importance as she drives kids to activities and picks our elder daughter from school. On a personal level, Annamarie is very nice, social, open, genuine and kind person. She is very sincere in everything she does. We got to know very well during this time. As a professional, she is very reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dependable. As a nanny, she is the most loving, caring and nurturing. As a friend, she is very true, devoted, kind, and generous. She became a family member, a friend, and an advisor. For more than two years, we always know that our kids are in the best hands, and they love her and enjoy every minute with her. Were it at all possible, we would love her to relocate with us. We will miss her dearly, but at the same time we know that she will bring joy and love to other families. We recommend Annamarie as an outstanding child caregiver without reservation.
