Anna was a gift from God to my mother and to me. She was able to step in on short notice and was trustworthy and knowledgeable enough to jump right into overnight care after my mother (who has Alzheimer’s) broke her ribs and punctured her lung. I am an EMT, and after working with her I would recommend her for the most complicated at home care cases. Although we were a short term client, she was completely upfront with us about her schedule and her commitments to other clients. Her refreshing transparency allowed us to do seamless scheduling with her. She is a great communicator, and very responsive by text, which also made scheduling a breeze. Most importantly, Anna is kind and emotionally astute, which is essential for all patients, but especially for patients with cognitive impairment. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Erika
