Hi, I'm Annalise, but I usually go by Annie. Three words I'd use to describe myself are creative, patient, and dependable. I've always enjoyed spending time with kids, I grew up helping care for my younger brother and cousins, and I've learned a lot from that experience about how to stay calm, flexible, and make things fun. I'm looking for a job where I can support families who need someone reliable and kind, especially during busy, stressful weeks. In my spare time, I love theatre, writing, and crafting, anything creative really. One thing families should know about me is that I take this kind of work seriously, I know what it means to be trusted in someone's home, and I won't take that lightly. My top three childcare skills are keeping kids engaged with creative activities, staying calm under pressure, and following routines consistently.
