About Annalise

I'd describe my personality as patient, nurturing, dependable. I like working with kids because I enjoy supporting their growth. Watching kids learn, gain confidence, and express themselves is incredibly rewarding. I'm looking for a job that includes a family that is kind, communicative, and respectful, and that values a trusting relationship with their caregiver. I started working with kids when in 2014 during high school through as a tutor for elementary school students. In 2019, I worked as a youth caretaker at a YMCA and private nanny for a family until 2020. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, and trying new baking recipes. One thing you should know about me is that I genuinely invest in the children I care for. I prioritize their safety, emotional well-being, and development in every environment! My skills include creating safe and nurturing environments, attentive communication, and the patience and adaptability to meet each child's individual needs.
