Hii, my name is Annalisa, or Anna:) I graduated from Wakefield High School in 2018. I have about 10 years of experience in childcare from ages 3months-12yrs old. I started occasionally babysitting when I was 15 for a 1 yr old who is now 7, as well as a couple more families until I was 16. From there I went to lifetime fitness and worked in the kids academy as well as participating the summer camps, birthday parties and any educational classes that were offered. I was promoted to a supervisor at the age of 18. For the past 2 years I have been part time babysitting/ nannying. My hopes are to find a 30-40 hour full time nanny position for a family who is welcoming and has open communication. Please let me know if you are interested in learning more about me:)

Anna nannied our baby boy for 9 months. She was overall great in the beginning- caring, hardworking, etc. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse in terms of her reliability and her engagement with our baby. I work from home so over the last weeks she was with us, I could hear my son crying more frequently and for longer periods of time. One afternoon when I came in to check on my baby after hearing him cry several times that day, she walked out with no explanation and then texted us that she was not coming back. We were shocked/confused as we always treated her like family and she had even recently enthusiastically agreed to renew her contract with us for another year. She cited her frustration with us checking on our son when he cried and personal issues as her reasons for leaving us in this manner…on a Monday, via text, with zero notice, 3 days before our son’s first birthday, and the week of Mother’s Day. She communicated no apologies or acknowledgement of the terrible way she was leaving us. Despite good first months with Anna, based on how she treated our family in the end, we cannot in good faith recommend her to other families.
