About Anna

I hold a Master's Degree from Oxford and B. S. from Cornell, magna cum laude. I am also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). I've been tutoring for years and I absolutely love it! There's nothing better than when a student tells me everything finally clicks and they are able to progress in class or do well on an exam. I consistently receive feedback from my students that I help them see the big picture and understand how everything fits together. This gives them a sense of confidence that carries them through difficult assignments and helps them excel on exams. It also ensures there's no need for excessive rote memorization. I specialize in statistics and have tutored high school, undergrad, and graduate students in the subject. I also have experience with elementary through high school-level math, English, and social studies and am available for CFA prep. I'm available for online tutoring or in-person sessions in NYC.
