About Anna

As the oldest of 10 children, I have had the opportunity to care for children at every developmental stage. This taught me key childcare skills and gave me a passion for supporting children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth through engaged play and conversation. I have applied these skills in various roles, including volunteering as a camp counselor and babysitting for three children throughout college. I am motivated to be a caregiver by the opportunity to assist with the important work of parenthood in whatever way is needed, from chores to homework help. I am a patient, friendly, and approachable person who is very comfortable enforcing household rules. With my First Aid and CPR training, I can ensure the safety and well-being of the children in my care. I believe in open and honest communication with parents through their preferred communication method, whether that is verbal updates at the end of the day or regular text or phone call updates.
