About Annabel

Hi families! My name is Annabel, and I've always loved working with kids, every volunteer role I've taken on has involved children, whether through after-school programs, tutoring, or mentorship. I spent three years as an elementary school teacher working with grades K-4, which gave me extensive experience supporting kids academically and personally, especially in phonics, reading comprehension, writing, ESL, and math. I've also been babysitting since I was 20, and I bring strong skills in classroom management, behavior management, and creating fun, engaging activities that make a child's day brighter. With a passion for teaching, years of hands-on childcare experience, and excellent communication with parents, I'm excited to bring patience, structure, and joy into your home.
