She stayed on top of his routines, made sure his medications were handled properly, prepared his meals the way he liked them, and most importantly, she kept him company. She talked with him, listened to him, and made sure he never felt alone. What really stands out about Miss Lucille is her heart. She genuinely cares. She kept our family informed, reassured us when we were worried, and carried herself with such warmth and professionalism.
