About Anita

I think learning should be fun and interesting! I have homeschooled all four of my children since the beginning of their schooling. They each (with the exception of one who is currently finishing his degree) have all graduated from college with high honors. Because of all the years homeschooling I have had extensive time tutoring and teaching all subjects in a variety of grades and have used many diverse teaching methods geared and personalized for each child. I truly enjoy the light bulb moment when a student gets it I am passionate about teaching in a manner that works for each child and I use a variety of fun creative methods to ensure understanding and mastery of skills. I am also passionate about other cultures and am fluent in Spanish having lived 17 years in South America. I can tutor/teach any subjects in elementary as well as teach Spanish to children and adults alike. I have a Bachelor's in Elementary Education.
