About Anisa

Hello my name is Anisa, I live in Buffalo New York. I am a young adult who is very passionate about providing care/support. I currently work at a group home with adults ages from 20-78 with disabilities and/or physical and mental illnesses. I have been in this field of work for about two years. I am trained with administrating oral, topical and subcutaneous medication as well as G-Tube/ J-tube feeds and medication. Throughout the day, I provide day to day care and support to my individuals. I take some on trips, shopping etc. a-lot of actives to get them out and engaging in the community. I have developed connections and bonds with my individuals to where they feel safe, loved and have a trusted person helping them. I love to make them feel most comfortable and happy as they could be. Providing the support and compassion for people in my life brings a sense of happiness and relief to me. I am great with time management and schedules. I am always open to learn or try new experiences!!!
