Anima worked with us for over 6 months dealing with a very difficult and challenging medical situation. First and foremost, we could trust her to do what was needed and she was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure care was delivered properly, medically sound, and with great compassion. She has a wonderful attitude toward the work and most important to earning the respect and trust necessary to keep the individual being cared for safe and comfortable. As an added bonus, in the most difficult and trying times toward the end of life, she was there no matter the time of day or hour to support me and other care givers we were working with. They truly functioned as a wonderful team that made a difficult situation a lot easier to manage. In the end, we operated like a family, looking out for and taking care of one another. Regrettably as was expected, the individual passed (terminal disease) and Anima made sure we supported that individual with dignity, compassion, and grace to make the passing as easy and pain free as was their wish.
