About Anhie

I'd describe my personality as a bright, positive, and calm person I like tutoring because being able to help others makes me feel happy. I started tutoring in Spring of 2023. At the time, my young cousin immigrated to the United States with his mom for a better life and future. He was a first grader in elementary school and did not speak any English. So everyday for 5 months, I taught him basic English, Math and helped him with school homework. Despite the challenges, he was able to catch up with school and could utilize basic communication skills in the daily basis. In my spare time, I like to play pickleball with friends, read books and exercise. I also enjoy listening to music and explore new food places in town.
