Hi, I'm Angie! I am positive and energetic, and love meeting new people. I am a certified nutritionist and have my own business, cooking to help clients stay nourished with yummy, nutritious food. I have worked in healthcare for a combination of 22 years; 1:1 direct care as well as group settings. My background is in mental health (10yrs) and nutrition (12+yrs). I am responsible, creative, and especially organized. I am seeking opportunities for companion care for elders along with cooking and meal prep . When my dad was diagnosed with rare type of Parkinson's, I started my journey into how food can nourish the body & soul. I have a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, and work with my families from a compassionate care model.
