About Angie

Hi! I'm Angie, a Ph. D. student funded by the National Science Foundation, and I'm looking to connect with families for part-time babysitting this back to school season! I've loved working with kids for as long as I can remember. I started babysitting at 12 years old and babysat regularly for the same family for four years, caring for 3 children from infancy through age 5. Since then, I've worked with kids and teens in many different settings: coaching an elementary school Girls on the Run team, facilitating grief support groups for teens, working with preschoolers in developmental psychology research, and most recently serving as a camp counselor for all ages at a summer camp. Families would describe me as dependable, engaging, warm, and highly responsible. I'd love to connect and see if I might be a good fit for your family!
