My name is Alejandra, I'm 27 years old and I'm from Colombia. I worked in a day care for 3 years from 2014 to 2017. I have nannied for the past 2 years and am hoping to find a fun-loving family here in the Madison area. I've worked with kiddos aged 1 month 10 years in the past. I love being outside, swimming, biking, playing sports and am CPR certified. I love to have fun and my goal is to be the kind of sitter who your kids are excited to see and play with! I have endless fun game ideas for different ages. Setting up art projects or teaching kids how to make new foods are some of my favorite things to do. We will always clean up our messes too! I'm open to part time and full time positions starting ASAP. I'd also love to be kept in mind for occasional babysitting if that works better! I'm very flexible and open to discussing scheduling and rates.

Alejandra was great at follow up after I reached out to discuss her interest in our nanny position for the summer. She was flexible for our telephone interview. She conducted her interview in her car in a swimming suit but it was during a holiday so that didn't matter too much to me. Her interview was very short. She could not provide much information on her professional background and struggles to answer simple interview questions. When asked to come for a trial visit she expected full compensation and when I did not want to commit to that she discontinued contact. I would not consider her for future opportunities.
