Additionally, I'm a life coach, a birth doula & a massage therapist. Many of these skills translate well to working with seniors. I really enjoy finding ways to make their lives easier or happier. Enjoy time together in the community and I advocate for them with doctors and insurance providers to ensure they get the glasses, hearing aids, and other equipment and services they need. I'm also happy to be an extra set of hands with cooking or crafting projects. *Lifting limited to groceries & a light walker. No heaving lifting or transfers

Angelique is both compassionate and competent. I was so happy to have her with me on the day of my surgery. She ensured she understood all of the discharge instructions, was considerate of my condition and stayed by my side until we were confident I could manage on my own.
