About Angelica

Im a recently widowed military wife, with no children and I have been a caregiver for seniors since the age of 9. Ive cared for sick/ elderly family members all my life. Some people say that I'm an old soul and I instantly make connections with the elderly. I've had paid experience caring for elderly clients with Parkinson's and dementia, as well as clients with neurological diseases. I ve lost a lot of loved ones due to old age and sicknesses and I genuinely want to make a difference. I've worked for Baylor Scott and white in temple Tx as an PCT for 2 years, caring for patients with multiple different health conditions. I believe that doing something you love and are passionate about can be more rewarding than just working for a paycheck. Growing up, I helped care for my sick grandma which included sitting with her during dialysis as well as staying overnight with her while she was hospitalized. I occasionally volunteer at nursing homes helping out with activities.
