I live in a house with my roommate who also adores animals, we have a big backyard and live very close to several parks. I'm not too sure about pay rates, and would rather handle that from case to case and take into consideration distance/amount of care/time etc. My roommate occasionally boards dogs as well, but I'd make sure to let you know if anything overlaps.
