I cared for my dear mother in-law for 5 years while she was on a downward spiral from Alzheimer's. I learned a lot about the disease and how to just find joy in the moment and how to keep her calm and happy in the moment. I also found certain supplements that would really help her mood. I really enjoyed being able to tap into her long term memory through music. The experience that I had with her changed me and I'm really happy to help anyone with loved ones that are going through this.
