As a caregiver with 15 years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and making a positive impact on their lives. My calm and creative nature allows me to connect with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and using their preferred communication method to address any concerns. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I foster a nurturing environment that encourages learning and play. From outdoor games to board games and educational activities, I strive to make every moment engaging and enjoyable. With my First Aid and CPR training, as well as my background in Early Childhood Education, I ensure a safe and stimulating environment for the children in my care. I'm happy to assist with tasks like cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. My fluency in both English and Spanish allows me to connect with diverse families.
