Michaela babysat my 2 girls, ages 2 and 4, for 15 hours a week for the last 3 months. She spent the mornings with my 2 year old while my oldest attended school. After picking up my older daughter from school, she watched both children through the afternoon. She was extremely reliable and always showed up on time. She was able to safely drive them to and from daily activities. Between potty training and frequent colds, the girls were always throwing curve balls at Micheala. She took on each challenge with a smile and better yet without complaint. She was always cheerful and positive. The girls were always happy to see her each morning. I am happy to provide any further reference or information!
