I'd describe my personality as outgoing and personable. I'm the kind of person that someone meets and doesn't forget. I feel my personality is one of my best qualities. I like working with kids because each child is different, and part of what I love about my job is that I get to help each one discover his or her own strengths and talents and nurture those traits through my educational approach. I'm looking for a job that I can grow with a family . Once I find that family I look forward to grow with the children and the parents in all aspects of caregiving .
