About Angela

I am a high vibrational, playful, loving older sister. I come from a big family and have had years of experience taking on big household responsibilities. My mom got sick when I was 16 & I became the mother of the house for a few years and loved it. I also grew up babysitting for cousins as well as many families in my area. I love the playfulness and curiosity that children bring out of people. I love helping kids learn and grow, over the years I have become good friends with patience and understanding. I use love and logic principles in my everyday life but especially with kids. I decided to get certified in breathwork this year and am very comfortable around emotion, self awareness, and teaching through love. I believe in creating the life you want. I have been diving deeper into health and wellness & am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle.
