About Andriana

Hi, I'm Andi! I am relocating to Washington D. C in July! I have about five years of experience nannying and babysitting, along with three years as an assistant teacher at a Reggio Emilia/Montessori-inspired preschool. I've cared for children as young as 8 months through school age and have experience with multiple children, twins, and children with special needs. I believe the best childcare starts with building a strong, trusting relationship. I love creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel supported and encouraged to explore, learn, and be themselves. I'm experienced with school pickups and drop-offs, homework help, maintaining routines, diapering, light meal preparation, children's laundry, and light housekeeping. I also have experience using positive guidance and Conscious Discipline to help children develop emotional regulation and confidence.
